Uintah Machine can rebuild just about any gearbox using OEM gears or our own gears produced in-house. We machine spur gears and helical gears from 20DP to 2DP, and heavier pitches are available if needed. Our sprockets are hobbed, milled, cast, or flame cut. We can make roller chain sprockets, sprockets for silent chains, and sprockets for timing belts. We also produce worm gears, which are hobbed, milled, cast, or flycut. This also applies to our steel gears. Our splines are broached, hobbed, milled, or shaped. Lastly, we can reverse engineer your old worn or damaged parts to make replacements gears and parts for your specific application, be it as small as a single gear to as big as the entire gear box.
